Leander founded Shuffle and teaches the Time Steps and Performance Group tap classes. He grew up hearing tap on the boards of a church hall, and he still answers the studio phone on Monday afternoons.

Five teachers share the week at Shuffle. Three of them lead the classes below, and every teacher has a background check and CPR and first aid training.
Marquita Burnside
Tap and Open Floor
Marquita leads the Open Floor classes for teens and adults and a Time Steps class on Thursdays. She likes a beginner who laughs at the first wrong step.
Jahaira Paez
Jazz and First Steps
Jahaira teaches jazz and the First Steps tap classes for ages 6 to 8. She is the teacher a family meets at the door on Saturday mornings.
